I ordered for a Kent steam iron on 3rd Aug. The plus is 16Amp and cannot be used in normal socket. Raised request 3 times on the 4th. Was told to do later as store is unserviceable. Now when am trying it says window is closed. Order ID: #SUSBBNQ73229

@KentROSystems Requested for a service of my Kent RO. Your authorizer partner visits and says few filters need to be changed. All those filters when scanned for authenticity failed. He charged Ra.300 for visit and left. What pathetic service.. Please fix it..
