@golding57 I just think a term like that without the kind of stipulations or reference to a support plan or anything like that has the potential to cause a lot of anxiety and be harmful for someone who runs into #Mentalhealth challenges.
Found in the Ts&Cs of a uni that a student of mine has been accepted to - X University can terminate your places at the #University if a "fitness to study panel finds that you are unable to continue your studies due to illness, including #Mentalhealth issues". is this ok?!! 🤔
@golding57 You would hope so but something like that in the ts and cs could be enough to stop someone sharing a mental health difficulty. The way it’s written, all power is with the HEI.
