@thealepalombo@5000capital no thats literally what most of cyprus citys look like. Go on a random streetview location in cities like paphos larnaca or limassol away from the coast and see how trash they look
@shernonhague@ricardogorski Not good, you need to make at least 20k profit per month before it's worth it with the tax benefits.
Modern rentals that are somewhat nice in paphos are 3.5k+ per month. Even then often bad building quality. Groceries etc also more expensive than anywhere else in EU.
@TimStone84@BenjaminHouy Except for andorra i don't think any of these options are good.
Maybe hungary near budapest could be in the honorable mentions
@xxcandy95@mannybarbas_ Yeah its a headache since you have a full other company to file taxes with in US and your home country where you need to register that company too.
You probably save around 1-1.5% in fees tho
@5000capital@ricardogorski@marclou We improve and invent things you know, thanks to these foreigners from europe you have your phone or your cars otherwise you would have 0 technology or medicine for example. Saying enjoy your flight back when someone critiques littering is insane xD
@DrEcoGeo@ricardogorski The electricity bill wouldnt be so high if they would stop building the houses like literal cavemans that just discovered concrete. Zerrrro Insulation in almost all buildings
