@AirIndiaX Hi, the rule is pretty clear to me. But what is the point of asking me to rebalance the 22 kilos when you want to take my cabin luggage later as check-in luggage anyway? Answer: To harass customers and try and make them pay for extra luggage somehow.
The level of harassment and bullying by @AirIndiaX is appalling at a time when entire airports are in a chaotic state. Forced me to reduce my cabin luggage (9kg) by transferring items into check-in (13kg). And now I am asked to handover the same cabin luggage while boarding. 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Bizzare incident while taking the flight for @IndiGo6E today. Web check in closed 70 minutes before departure, was made to reschedule. Apparently, they preponed the flight last minute. New ways of earning money. 🤯
