"how would you define success?"
A friend asked me this question few weeks ago
So I said what came to mind first, "I think, Success is relative.
It looks different for everyone."
And I went on to give examples:
Success could be dragging yourself out of bed to hit the gym daily.
Or a freelancer reaching a milestone after months of hardwork, that's success.
Or finishing a book. Or a promised design.
These are all success in great aspects of life
But the more I think about it,
the more I realize success in web3 is also a bit similar.
I'll explain. 🔻
Most times on this space, the wins are often more personal.
Sometimes it’s that first web3 term you finally understood.
Or getting to work with someone you really admire.
Or winning a grant or bounty after months of hardwork, that's success
It could also be getting a dm from someone who used your hook or design, to create something on their own.
The Bottomline: success varies for everyone.
And half the time, it’s invisible to you until you look back.
So I’ll throw the question back at you:
How would you define success?
