New Music Reactions + Grammy Award Reactions!
You get an A! You get an A! Every song gets an A! I channeled my inner Oprah this week giving the songs I reviewed the highest grades I've ever given.
We all know the Grammy's don't make the best choices, but I give my expert 2 cents and review.

Cold plunge for thought #8: Reconsider your relationship with your phone
It's not about giving up your phone completely, but using it less for better mental health. Let's rethink our phone habits and create digital boundaries. Remember, all relationships need boundaries, even with our phones!
We check our phones all the time – in the morning, before bed, and even in line at the store. On average, we look at our phones 2,617 times a day! That's a lot of screen time.
Over half of us (62%) check our phones within 15 minutes of waking up, and half of us check them in the middle of the night.
Setting boundaries with our phones is like setting boundaries in any relationship. It helps us have a healthier, non-toxic connection.
Some ideas for digital boundaries: no phones in the bedroom, set specific times for checking social media, and use apps to track and limit your screen time.
Remember, it's not about giving up our phones completely, but finding a balance that works for us.
Cold Plunge for Thought #7:
Acute stress vs Chronic stress and how it links to burnout
Our body is great at handling short-term stress, known as the "fight or flight" response. This response helps us deal with immediate danger or threats.
After the danger has passed, our body needs time to recover and reset. This is similar to how an athlete needs rest after a race.
In today's world, we face long-term stress, called "chronic stress." This is different from acute stress, as it doesn't have a clear end.
Chronic stress can be caused by various factors, such as financial issues, relationship problems, and health concerns.
Chronic stress keeps our body in a constant state of low-level "fight or flight" mode, which can be harmful if it persists for a long time.
Prolonged exposure to chronic stress can lead to burnout, which can impact our mental and physical health.
To manage chronic stress, it's important to find healthy ways to cope, such as talking to friends, engaging in hobbies, and practicing self-care.
Remember, stress is a natural part of life, but learning to manage it effectively is key to maintaining a healthy mind and body. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!
I just learned last night that my parents have totally opposite political views than I do, and that’s okay.
Because I know they raised me to form my own opinions of the world even if it is different than theirs. I know that in doing so will make them proud.
Cold plunge for thought #6: Do the reps.
When starting any task or project, we are so concerned about the quality of the product that we never finish it.
When in actuality, if you did more projects your projects will become better overtime.
Doing more will eventually lead to doing better.
So do the reps.

JUST IN: Pro-Palestine protesters try to breach the security fence outside of the White House, forcing DC police to hold the fence.
If they were wearing red MAGA hats this would be all over the news.
According to @Julio_Rosas11, the fence was attacked so badly that Secret Service and the DC Police had to make repairs.
Secret Service agents are reportedly in riot gear.

Cold Plunge for Thought #4:
Recovery day + testing out the new mic
Nothing really to ponder on this one…
Had a fun night last night so we’re taking it slow today. #CPFT
Cold Plunge for Thought #3:
Be the buffalo…featuring @xocourtneya
Did you know buffalos face directly towards a storm instead of running away from it? They know that facing a storm head on is the fastest way to get through it.
Often times in life when we are faced with adversity, we tend to run away from it.
Instead, be the buffalo. Face your storm. You’ll get through your problems quicker than you think.
Also stay tuned at the end for Courtney crashing my #CPFT 😂
