Pronunciation is fine no worries we get it, it’s hard to pronounce for non-Arabic speakers. But let’s put some facts straight here if you want to understand Bahrain’s situation better.
1. The Iranian regime’s attacks on Bahrain weren’t only targeting military bases or American companies, in fact civilian infrastructure like hotels, apartment buildings, and critical infrastructure like water plants were targeted too. Unfortunately innocent civilians were killed during the strikes also, and one of them was a Shiite lady.
2. The size of Bahrain is small which is a negative factor, BUT the country is resilient as it has shown in many other cases. Also, Bahrain’s military is highly trained and equipped to defend the small geographic area. Interception percentages can prove what I mean, and the military and security capabilities shown during this war are highly recognized and admired.
3. The existence of militias isn’t debatable at all as it has been proven in the past by several organizations and countries including a former Syrian government official who has mentioned that Bahrainis were trained by Hizbollah in Lebanon. They were recruited in Syria and sent to Lebanon for illegal military training. Bahraini policemen were also killed by those militias years ago. People might not really witness all of that because of how professionally the interior ministry works.
4. Bahraini national’s support for the current Iranian regime is minimal. Only so called refugees living abroad and a few of the citizens support the regime and that’s because of how the so called Islamic revolution is using the Shiite narrative and were able to gain empathy (it would need books to write in order to explain). Even opposition members and organizations who are not aligned or opposed to the government do not and cannot accept Iran’s attacks on Bahrain.
5. Regarding logistics and the circumstances surrounding the straight of Hormuz, it is temporal and until it’s solved the Saudis are temporarily supporting Bahrain and other affected countries by managing logistics without the need to use the straight.
6. Most of the foreigners working in Bahrain are still living and working here, as they are comfortable with what they have witnessed here. Military and security efforts along with security measures implemented in the country under the guidance of HM the King and the government of Bahrain have proven effective and successful thank God.
