@AndyHVandenBerg If you want light interactivity, I recommend a salt block. Heat it in the oven and cut up thin slices of whatever you want to cook (veggies, meat, fish, fruit). It’s a light activity that engages guests but also doesn’t encompass the entire evening around it.

Look beyond your industry for inspiration. I’ve worked in government, nonprofit, celebrity fashion, music… the one thing I learned from all of it is each industry can teach the other new things.

You just have to have the courage to think outside the box — that there is no box.

Since joining PROMO, it’s been extremely interesting to see what reporters I used to work with regularly do simple acts of allyship to the LGBTQ+ community like the wonderful @MichelleLiTV and which ones are consumed by misinformation and false narratives like @MarkReardonKFTK.
