Before you read what I’m about to say,
I want you to acknowledge that I’m a retail trader who actively trades the “INDIAN MARKET AND THE INDIAN COMMODITIES MARKET” and holds good experience of both the markets, I do #OptionBuying as well as #OptionSelling , now here’s what I want to say:

I want you all to look at this, this is the order book of today’s #CrudeOilExpiry
Just see how decent the LIQUIDITY is.

I want to encourage you all to involve into the commodities market of India. There are bigger opportunities than #NIFTY or #SENSEX just because it has involvement of multiple market makers as commodities are traded world wide.

I understand that due to CAS there are many difficulties like : UNUSUAL SPIKES, NO STRADDLE DECAY, SUDDEN PREMIUM DUMP, UNFAIR CLOSINGS etc,

And that is why I’m telling you all to engage in commodities expiries as well. Because you will have fair opportunities to make money there..
Whether you are an option buyer or an option seller, there’s no shortage of OPPORTUNITIES. And the swings are much wider than our equity markets..

My aim is to suggest whats better for you.

एक नाबालिग लड़की करोड़ों हिंदुओं की आस्था से जुड़ी मां दुर्गा की तुलना बेहद आपत्तिजनक शब्दों से करे, तो क्या सिर्फ उसकी उम्र के आधार पर उस कृत्य की गंभीरता को नजरअंदाज कर दिया जाना चाहिए?

और दूसरी ओर, एक अलग नाबालिग लड़की प्रधानमंत्री की मां के लिए गाली-गलौज और अपमानजनक भाषा का इस्तेमाल करे, तो क्या नाबालिग होने के कारण यह सब भी स्वीकार्य हो जाएगा?

राजनीतिक विरोध लोकतंत्र का हिस्सा है, लेकिन बच्चों और महिलाओं को राजनीतिक स्वार्थ के लिए ढाल की तरह इस्तेमाल करना बेहद चिंताजनक है।

लोग पहले अपने स्वार्थ के लिए महिलाओं का इस्तेमाल करते थे, लेकिन आज अगर कुछ राजनीतिक लोग और स्वार्थी बाप अपने राजनीतिक हित साधने के लिए नाबालिग बच्चियों को मोहरा बना रहे हैं, तो यह केवल राजनीति के गिरते स्तर का सवाल नहीं है, बल्कि हमारी नैतिकता और सामाजिक मूल्यों के पतन का भी प्रश्न है।

सबसे बड़ा सवाल तो यह है कि –
एक पिता अपने राजनीतिक स्वार्थ के लिए अपनी नाबालिग बेटी को इस तरह इस्तेमाल करने के लिए कैसे तैयार हो सकता है?

सबकी विचारधारा अलग हो सकती है,
सरकार और प्रधानमंत्री का विरोध भी लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार है। लेकिन धार्मिक आस्था, महिलाओं, बच्चों और संवैधानिक पदों की गरिमा को राजनीतिक हथियार बनाना किसी भी स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र के लिए शुभ संकेत नहीं है।

आखिर हमारा देश किस दिशा में जा रहा है? और हमारी राजनीतिक नैतिकता का इससे आगे कितना पतन होगा?

I have lost a big amount of my money in the last two expiries, i.e Nifty’s expiry and Sensex’s expiry

I just want to know what should’ve been the “RIGHT CLOSING” of last three expires..

If sebi says that the closing which was given by the market was absolutely right then I’ll happily be accepting the losses that I incurred. Because then only I’ll be able to justify myself and the loss.

But just incase, just incase..

What If my positions were totally right and the closing was manipulated and wrong. Then what?
Then who’s gonna pay me the money I lost and the gains that would’ve made in that position.

Things are deep
Very deep and intense
And only some serious people who respect the system and care for retail traders can solve it. The chances are 0.000001% but still i wrote it. Because I believe I was right in at-least 1/3 bets.

Believe me, the gains of that one bet would’ve so big that entire year’s losses would have turned positive.

Above all, I just want justification from the exchange that “Whether the closings were fair or not.” If the exchange confirms it, then I’ll be grateful to them. I’m a retail trader, I have given years to this market, at least I deserve to know that whether the closings were fair or not.

The system can check it easily through the available data. It can be done!
But will the regulators will do it?

I leave the rest on fate.

I was once a huge supporter of you, but honestly, it feels like our concerns are being ignored. I am ready to debate the SEBI Chairperson publicly and demonstrate, with data and logic, why the current CAS implementation is not suitable for the Indian market at this stage.

This is my country too. I voted for you, and I have every right to question policies that affect our markets and economy.

Whether there is a hidden agenda or not, lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. This may be a small group raising the concern today, but the issue is becoming increasingly messy.

If the data behind CAS is genuinely robust, publish it and address the concerns transparently.

Please intervene. Fix the CAS issue before it creates a bigger problem. The public deserves answers.

Day before yesterday banknifty closed 500 points higher from lows due to CAS

And opened 600 points down on the following day.

Yesterday Nifty closed 100 points higher due to CAS

Today it has opened more than 150 points lower.

How one can decide whether the price closing is fair or not. Tell me how will the price followers are going to follow the price if we get closings like this…

I don’t know whether it’s manipulation or the error of the new system implemented. But I do know that as a retail trader it is affecting my trading a lot, day trading as well as positional trading.
