Respected @Ashutos61 @drharshvardhan First 3 batches r waiting for 5-yr extension either direct or via alternative equivalent/promoted scheme. This can only save our career & we can absorb/participate in post election recruitment. Hope authorities will understand (see attachment)

We have justified the name "Faculty". Inspire Faculties deserve permanent positions. We are forced to live in ad-hoc. We were denied of opportunities by biased and corrupt recruitment processes. We are still hopeful.
