@AmazonHelp If the order was not available from the beginning, why was I made to wait for 7 days regarding the delivery.
After raising the complaint on 13th December, I was assured that the product will surely be delivered to me on or before 17th.
Now on 17th, product is not available.

Amazon’s delivery service is a joke. Promised delivery at 8:30 AM, not delivered even by 10 PM. Made 10+ calls to customer care—only lies and scripted excuses. Delivery agent falsely marked delivery attempts and blamed “bad weather” that never existed. @amazon @AmazonHelp

@AmazonHelp After long conversation with your DM team, I can firmly say that Delivery Agents are the policy makers of Amazon. Your downfall have really started. Zero concern of customer complaints, zero responsibility and no resolution. Pathetic.
