Extremely disappointing experience with Tata Motors.

My father booked a Tata 407, and the FULL payment was made a week ago. Despite this, the vehicle was not properly inspected/prepared before delivery.

If you take full payment, the minimum expectation is that the vehicle is properly checked, tested and made roadworthy before delivery.

This is not just an inconvenience — it directly affects our work and causes financial loss.

Today, the vehicle broke down on the road because the sensor was not working. A brand-new commercial vehicle should NOT be facing such issues immediately after delivery.

Requesting @ixigo to take accountability and provide fair compensation for ₹3,731.70, spent on alternate travel due to failure of the Travel Guarantee promise.

Booked a train with Travel Guarantee Plan (PNR: 2249229778). Train got cancelled. The guarantee promised alternate travel support in case of cancellation. I planned my entire trip based on this assurance.

Because of this delay, confusion, and system failure, the purpose of the Travel Guarantee was completely defeated. I had already completed my travel on my own due to ixigo’s inaction.

Later, ixigo emails stated:
❌ Coupon cannot be unblocked
✅ Only refund possible
But then I received another email saying my Alternate Travel Plan coupon is ACTIVE and expiring soon. This is clear contradictory communication.

With no support and no usable alternative provided, I was forced to book a sleeper AC bus at my own cost to reach Delhi.
Amount paid: ₹3,731.70
This expense was incurred only due to ixigo’s service failure.

At the time of need, ixigo told me my Alternate Travel Plan coupon was system-blocked and unusable. I made 9–10 calls to customer care, but no senior authority was available to resolve the issue urgently.

Zepto से खरीदे Apple Wired EarPods के invoice में serial number नहीं है।
लगातार follow-up के बाद भी कोई समाधान नहीं।
Apple Service Center व Apple Care ने replacement से मना कर दिया।
