@RoyalMail Why does the Royal Mail app not work? We're running a business & RM is a joke. Parcels collected & yet we get failed to collect emails. App doesn't work. Can't book collections. Please, RM, get your act together, instead of just charging us for less service!

@jet2tweets Been at Prague Airport to fly to Manchester today. Flight LS888 was supposed to take off at 8.30 pm. No notifications regarding a delay. No information on the flight board. One sms saying sorry for disruption. Web info changes all the time. Your service is appalling

It was on your website's recommendation but it has been the worst banking experience ever. After daily calls to them & emailing documents, it's stalled

@CharterSavings @Moneynetcouk Well, I must disagree as I opened an ISA account and deposited my money on 12 June 2024. Got a msg to say you were returning my money due to a processing error. After phoning daily, it's now a full 2 weeks later and I still don't have my money back. Worst experience ever!

@Ocado I've just had a delivery yesterday from Ocado. There are two of us. I ordered several meals for 1 and 2. All of them were to eat within 2 days by date. This is ANNOYING! I'm going back to other supermarkets like Tesco who space out the use by dates! Train packers! Need NOTE AREA.

@royalmail Why do I frequently have a problem with collections showing as delivered on the same day that they are collected?! Please fix your system as it is causing complaints from my business customers saying they haven't received their items!! Thank you.
