1. Faith, focus, discipline: they’re not separate. They’re one force. Align them, and you change the world.

2. Integrity costs you. Always. But it’s the only thing that keeps you whole.

3. People forget what you said or did, not how you made them feel.

As we close out 2025, pausing to reflect feels truly fulfilling.

This was the year everything aligned—graduated with First Class Honours in Sports & Exercise Science, published my first research paper, and landed a role at @nationsfcgh.

It was easy, but God truly did!
