Fun start to 2024! We were only able to grab a few points off #HDGrid in ORT due to dropping BP, but that’s all we needed! #OT vectors clearly delineated AP and aligned with beautiful trifurcated signals.

Sometimes less is more. Finished the week with a WPW ablation in a hemodynamically unstable pt. Parked HD Grid near LL AP & collected 5 tach beats before pace term. Clear trifurcated signals, lost AP conduction 3s into abl.

Epi access for previously failed VT . #HDG slid through epi with ease finding nice ILAM signals. VT was induced and HDG showed a protected entrance and exit diastolic buffet. Entrainment showed long stim to QRS concealed fusion with PPI-TCL=0. OH & 1 burn term! EP: @GordonHo_EP
