Tump bail…talking to witnesses about the case might be hard to find if 2 defts are just continuing the conspiracy BUT if trump talks to a witness AND that witness records the call that’s an admissible violation of his bail (also obstruction of Justice).

@harrylitman Judge Kaplan will not let that happen. Trump tried to get a jury instructions to that effect-which was denied. And the judge said he would deal with any of this as it arose. Besides, it’s not even clear that the lawyers will get to ask any voir dire questions directly…

It is more than a little pathetic that Mike Pence is ‘ hero’ for simply not joining trumps conspiracy to overthrow the US. He didn’t tell the FBI, didn’t go on tv to denounce it, or do anything to stop it, he just didn’t join and advance it. A true profile in courage.#MikePence
