@wersedated Not at all! This change does not touch citizen initiated laws, this just raises the bar for when we amend the Ohio Constitution! The Constitution should not be a legislative tool to use when we can't get it passed into the Ohio Revised Code.

@bethvanderkooi From what I've seen, the opt-outs are mostly to do with infertility, infant loss, and miscarriages, and less to do with the relationships with mothers. So that may be why? My sample size may be skewed due to my struggle with infertility and the email lists I'm on.
