AI ทำให้ “สร้าง Software” ง่ายขึ้นจริง จากเดิมต้องใช้ทีม Dev หลายคน หลายเดือน วันนี้อาจใช้คนไม่กี่คนกับ AI ก็สร้าง MVP ได้แล้ว

แต่การสร้าง Software ให้เสร็จ กับการทำให้มันเป็น Software ที่คนยอมจ่ายเงินใช้ต่อเนื่อง มันคนละเรื่องกันเลย

ของจริงหลังจากนั้นคือ Maintenance, Infrastructure, Security, Reliability, Scaling, Data Migration, Backup, Monitoring, Compliance, Customer Support, Integration กับระบบอื่น, SLA, Billing, Permission, Audit Log และการตามแก้ Edge Case อีกมหาศาล

ยิ่งเป็น Software ที่เข้าไปอยู่ใน Workflow ของบริษัท คนไม่ได้อยาก “สร้างใหม่เอง” ทุกครั้งที่มี AI รุ่นใหม่ออก เขาอยากได้ระบบที่เปิดมาแล้วใช้ได้ เสถียร มีคนรับผิดชอบ และถ้ามันพังตอนตี 3 ต้องรู้ว่าจะโทรหาใคร

ตาม facebook ที่ตอน Fable 5.1 ออกมาใหม่ๆ แล้วยังไม่ใช้กัน พวกมึงอวยอะไรกันว่ะ ใช้ทั้งคืนตั้งแต่มันออกมา แม่ง Bug report drafted รัวๆ เพราะแม่งไม่ทำตามที่สั่ง หรือทำเกินตลอด อวยไรกันเฮ้ย
