@catnoto @VZWSupport I finally got @AppleSupport to reply and they still haven’t acknowledged the problem and are still pointing fingers at my carrier @VZWSupport @Verizon - The problem is across all carriers - so clearly not a Verizon only problem. Apple fix the problem!
