It has come to our attention that outsource firms affiliated with Unity Bank have begun threatening their staff with mail and enforcing them to sign an oath of confidentiality and professional conduct form.

@ubosss@cenbank@UnityBankPlc@ruffydfire@NDICNigeria@instablog9ja@yabaleftonline Worst it all, the former MD utter a statement that “outsource be outsource, they are not my staffs” a statement from a mother, and the new MD continue from the bad treatments by even worsen the situation by increasing the full staffs salary and leave us
@_JobAdvocate80_@UnityBankPlc This is really disheartening to read. Outsourced staff deserve to be treated fairly and recognized for their hard work, not ignored and left out. No one should have to go through years of dedication without growth or proper support.
Same @UnityBankPlc I ran for my dear life after 5 years with same pay. Imagine going through Corona period/ lock down, endsars, subsidy, etc, they were increasing full staffs salaries & ignoring us.
They are inhumane towards the outsource, they have zero atom of leadership.
“We train them, they rise above us. We serve faithfully, but we’re told we’re too old to grow. This is the life of a Unity Bank outsourced staff.”
.
For years, we’ve carried this system on our backs; handling core duties, managing customers, training new hires; and yet,
Meanwhile, full staff; even at entry level; receive their salaries in three installments, taking home ₦476,000 or more.
Yes, ₦476,000 is the least paid among them.
In some banks, even cleaners earn more than we do.
We’re not asking for charity.
We’re not liabilities.
