Четыре человека, прошедшие через разные российские тюрьмы, рассказывают практически об одном и том же: «приёмки» через строй, избиения, электрошок, удушение, голод, холод, бессонница, многочасовое стояние, запрет разговаривать, принуждение к самооговору и смерти тех, кому не оказали медицинскую помощь или кого просто забили.

Меняются регионы, учреждения и фамилии сотрудников. Не меняется методика.

Нет, это не тюремный произвол и не жестокость отдельных садистов. Так выглядит выстроенная российскими властями система бесчеловечного и преступного обращения с украинскими военнопленными. Иными словами, те самые сложившиеся административные практики государства, в которых пытки это норма, а человеческая жизнь не имеет никакой ценности.
