And raising the Junior Doctors pay by £4 an hour is unaffordable, even though they just raised MP's pay by £5 an hour.

How do I speak to someone in the uk that will actually resolve my issue please ? I have made 7 calls to the customer services, all who assure me that my issue will be sorted but it’s just getting worse.

@virginmedia I’ve raised 3 complaints , the last of which stated there would be a £75.99 refund. Nothing. My account ends on 24th Nov yet my bill is for 11th Dec - 11th Jan. The service ( or rather lack of) has been appalling. How do I speak to someone in that will rectify this

@virginmedia Charges for a service I don’t request, since June, which has forced me to terminate my contract. A bill for over £200 etc etc. it’s been an absolute nightmare and each time I speak to someone overseas they assure me it has been sorted but the bill shows to the contrary.
