The biggest win wasn't the bugs.

The KB had 43 chunks, data dictionary rows, metadata preambles, assistant-scope boilerplate.
Retrieval quality improved more from that cleanup than from any prompt change.
Assistant now: 15-turn memory, ~450ms streaming, chat-native booking.

Week 7 @analystlabafric Africa: found 10 bugs I didn't know I had.

SQLAlchemy rejected string UUIDs. Streaming worked in curl but died in the browser. Zustand appended instead of replacing — every chunk made a new bubble.

Week 6 of HealthConnect AI: took a RAG healthcare assistant from 73% → 100%
on a 30-scenario eval suite.

Stack: Pinecone + FAISS + Ollama (nomic-embed-text) + Groq + FastAPI.

Lesson: LLM safety is an architecture problem, not a prompt problem.
