@kycommissioner I'm at the Complete College America conference in Indy. They've got the "All In" slogan in full effect, but never as powerful as how it has defined your service to Ky education.
4/4 I then receive an email immediately after the chat saying my request is denied because it is more than 14 days from purchase. THAT IS BECAUSE I PRE-ORDERED based on your promotion. DM me to resolve this.
2/4 That's rediculous, not to mention un-advertised on your store, asking me to rely on unverified respondents, and simply unavailable feedback on a pre-order. I want (a) a refund, (b) bonuses transferred to an accessble account, or (c) credit given to purchase again differently.
3/4 The chat interaction focused on the fact that game had been downloaded and played (48 hrs). BUT, that is the ONLY way to determine that these bonuses are not available. We tried to find them every possible way before contacting you.
1/4 Dear @PlayStation I had an unacceptable experience with support. A pre-ordered game FC25 bought thru my child's account promised certain bonuses that are not accessible as a child (ie packs and credits). I was told (in chat) to read the "comments" & "posts" when purchasing.
“Ultimately, CLRs and LERs are about [an] individual's agency. Let me show you all of who I am. I bring my whole self to every situation I am in, and let's take advantage of the skills and the assets that I have to contribute to a better outcome.”
Tomorrow at the 2024 @LearningImpact Conference —> Keith Look, VP of Education Solutions at Territorium will share his thoughts on emerging trends in career pathways and LERs!

This is a cautionary (or >) example of Deming's: 'Every system is perfectly designed to get the results it gets.' W/ 20+ year roots, The Wkshp Schl story was a replicable example of district R&D done well. Now, the epilogue warns of a demise disconnected from the value it brings.
When did "bespoke" become such a major presence in today's lexicon? Has it always been so and I've mistakenly heard it as the word used to describe the sound of trading cards in bicycle wheels?
Honored to be a guest on the #VerifyThis podcast discussing skills, credentials, and learner impact. Even without diss tracks, hopefully it's an informative listen.

RE: education risk management, now is a good time to make sure maintenance & custodial crews have blowers and not just shovels, spreaders i/o 5 gallon buckets, and blades for gators/tractors. The equipment has to be more effective, safer, and much less prone to user injury.
The @LouisvilleStory was featured on @pbsnewshour yesterday. LSP does more than remind us of the richness of our community; it demands we pursue the greater good in our words & actions. Tx Darcy Thompson for your ability to listen at frequencies many of us have not yet tuned in.
The Louisville Story Program is celebrating ten years of amplifying unheard voices and untold stories. @JeffreyBrown visited to see how the program helps ordinary people tell extraordinary stories.

I know I am late to the game, but @jackharlow flexing lyrical acrobatics by working @imanshumpert into a rhyme scheme is fire (as the kids say). Great show last nite at @nkuedu@TruistArena.
