We're not calling out the Kenya Meteorological Department enough.
They made predictions that Kenyans relied on, and when those forecasts fail, nobody seems to demand accountability. Weather forecasting affects farmers, food security, businesses, and millions of livelihoods. You cannot keep getting it wrong without explaining what went wrong. Public trust must come with public accountability.
We need answers, not excuses.
