@limbleedupdates PM was cooking something on the first year of limbus lmao, but I also assume this would mean that stuff like the roach emperor shield passive would trigger 5 times rather than one?
@Moritzva2 Despite not being a huge fan of the heishou, I absolutely love his design, the fact i can use him in any team and it's viable is amazing, and the retreat gimmick allows for a lot of fun strategies even if theyre not viable. I wish they kept the same design philosophy for bladeshu
@Nihil303@MissStake6@ProxyOfTheIndex it's technically both, mang is simply a conversion of shin into an offensive form, if youre capable of using mang you're able to use shin, but the inverse isn't true, which is why lei heng could barely use a single ring, but still had full control of shin.
@ProxyOfTheIndex I have no clue what sort of memory or feeling sora could draw for her shin/mang, but id assume Rien's come from the fact he lost his family or that Ryoshu betrayed and abandoned the house of spiders (I forgot how many mangs he has so if its more than one its probably both)
@ProxyOfTheIndex I dont think you literally have to "reflect on your sins" as Vespa put it, he just said that because Matthias has no self introspection, which is a big component for making use of any of the powers of the light. Verg never did in leviathan, he drew the powers from his memories.
@samanthatarly Rhaenyra had daemon on her ears constantly telling her to kill daeron and honestly a lot of good reasons to do so, but she still decided to only send him to the wall and spare haelena and allicent. If rhaenyra became queen immediately things, would've probably never escalate lmao
@InfernalCharro@FateLostTemplar@TheMothershipYT If you don't understand what I mean, then it's a good thing because you're not chronically online, but also this is what i mean. Character is not technically woke since he's not a good person and very bigoted. but people still treat him as such.
@InfernalCharro@FateLostTemplar@TheMothershipYT Same as the sassy, bisexual vampire, who in game is also extremely racist and shitty as a person, but is constantly used by grifters as the face of why BG3 is "bad and woke"
@InfernalCharro@FateLostTemplar@TheMothershipYT Thats why I put quotations in my first reply, the archetype of a character that hates men and lives in a matriarchal society is the opposite of what chuds like when it comes to characters in game, none of the characters themselves are "woke" but they follow archetype chuds hate
@FateLostTemplar@TheMothershipYT Minthara used to live on a matriarchal society that hates men and only sees them as basically cattle for breeding and the first love of her life was another noble woman
@FateLostTemplar@TheMothershipYT The majority of characters who side with you when you do an evil playthrough are still "woke" in one way or another, so not really
@SlothDamage The effectiveness of a weapon/singularity depends on how much are you willing to pay for it. So id assume locks and K corp ampules can easily remedy most of these types of injuries if theyre not high grade
@inkfycreates The sequence where "i want to live" plays while you're overlooking Baldur's Gate is an extremely evocative moment that conveys a lot for the story, but it's something most other mediums would struggle to create. But actually the writing sucks because the prose or something is bad
@inkfycreates Its kinda crazy to me how people overlook some of the best parts of BG3's writing that enhance the narrative because they aren't "conventional". Raphael's last act is one of the best things the game does for characterization and it's something you could only do in a game lol
@Stressbrainrot Following the lead of the other reply, I deadass thought roland's fight would be the last one, and every other fight after it i was like "surely this is the one", i love all of them gameplay wise, but i can understand the feeling of the game getting somewhat dragged on later.
