See, some trial lawyers have a habit of taking up frivolous cases, exploiting legal loopholes, and enriching themselves, while sticking net taxpayers with the bill. How much of a bill, you ask? About $4,200/yr for the average family.

D.O.G.E. would not have to cut a single service in helping to fix this manipulation. A loser-pays system would make this behavior high-risk, deterring baseless lawsuits.
