๐จ ๐๐ข๐ก๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ - Masashi Kishimoto has now revealed a brand new manga series "NARUTO: SHADOW RISING" which will be entirely written and drawn by Kishimoto himself
The story reportedly picks up right after the Shippuden finale, completely ignoring the Boruto timeline, giving fans the raw and unnerfed period sequel via Shueisha's multi-year franchise blueprint
Shoutout to Camara btw....
And it's not something Bearman is going to like if this continues...an exciting partnership atleast we'll have in front of us
@effonecasualfan Not every evidence
Heโs been consistently calling for rules of engagement between them
Which would include helping the highest driver get the highest standing
So if Charles becomes the highest driver (likely with the engine penalty)
We will see if Lewis will be consistent
Providing the counter argument
This is similar to 2023 where thereโs a chance to finish p2 and Lewis got priority because he was ahead and RB tried to help Perez defend it
Same here
4 drivers can finish p2
Issue here is if Charles is ahead, will Lewis keep the same energy
The thing is, you can't really blame Lewis for trying to play this political card both in the media and behind closed doors,
The buck stops at Ferrari and with Fred Vasseur and John Elkann and how they react to these demands....
Do they make sense? Not in a million years, if 14 points is the yardstick to make such a call then Ferraris deserves to lose even more,
And in fairness, if we look at the post Silverstone period, Leclerc has quite clearly been the better driver at Ferrari...
The question is how the Ferrari leadership views this....and the answer to that question..I don't really know..
Most importantly though, none of this nonsense helps Ferrari.... this is the time that should be spent focussing completely on the 2027 project so that they could fight for the title... Instead it's being spent trying to resolve a political battle kicked off by one of the drivers
None of this helps the 2027 prospects...and Lewis of all ppl know this...but hey .... he's gone to bat for himself....which way the cookie crumbles? It's going to be fun for us to watch....
Maybe.... just Maybe Elkann should have resisted that approach in 2023

I will just say
Good chat with you even though we donโt agree on some things
Itโs becoming a rarity on f1twt๐ค
@effonecasualfan Providing the counter argument like I said based on whatโs happened in the past
Like I said in my folow up tweets
If Lewis keeps the same energy should Charles get ahead in points, then hypocrisy
If he helps Charles after falling behind then heโs consistent
@venkateshkoka@ManarrHosam The realistic expectation was Charles to be ahead of Lewis who is out of his prime but a small gap
2025 was clearly a car thing
Not driver
You donโt doubt a driver whoโs been at the top for 2 decades bc of one bad season
And his closeness to Charles now shows it was more a fluke
@techndly@effonecasualfan The difference is both drivers have the same shot at winning on their speed
Thatโs big compared to RB where youโre told before you sign a contract (Perez) youโre n2
And even when youโre performing great you know it will be taken away through no fault of your own
@venkateshkoka@ManarrHosam The point (which you didnโt get)
Charles fans are right when they say heโs not had the car so we shouldnโt use his win tally to determine his talent level
Apply the same logic to Lewis post 2021
Thatโs how you can be fair
@techndly@effonecasualfan If Lewis was the n1 driver from the start
Hungary 2017 (where he gave back a podium position to Bottas when in a title fight with seb) wouldnโt have happened
@techndly@effonecasualfan No they didnโt
Bottas was managed by Toto, and was great at Williams
In that whole period (17-21) there were like 5 team orders
And they were all in the context of fighting redbull and Ferrari late in the season
By then Bottas was too far behind to win
@techndly@effonecasualfan Bottas himself confirmed it
That he had equal status but he just wasnโt good enough to beat Lewis over a season
Thatโs fundamentally different from what max has or what seb had with Kimi where priority starts from day 1
@techndly@effonecasualfan Youโre smart enough to know that this isnโt the priority you or other Ferrari fans are talking about
Both merc drivers start on equal footing
By mid season it became clear Bottas was too far back to win
Plus youโre fighting another team who have a clear n1 (seb and then max)
@techndly@effonecasualfan Lewis didnโt have priority at Merc
And that lie just keeps getting repeated and has been accepted
The rules at Merc have been super clear
They only made Lewis n1 when it became clear Bottas couldnโt win the title
@techndly@effonecasualfan Turn your statement around
Hamilton getting points and p2 also means it wraps the WCC
Thatโs why I said both things can be true
I will be on board with your criticisms if Charles overtakes him in the table and he changes his tune about priority
So letโs see if that happens
@techndly@effonecasualfan But once again
Itโs my theory based on how Lewis also asked for some form of priority then
Itโs the same position up for grabs now
And if Ferrari did have rules of engagement like Lewis wants, a fight for p2 wouldโve meant Charles canโt attack so aggressively
@techndly@effonecasualfan The two winning teams of the decade, RB and Merc in 2023 took proactive steps to make sure their drivers finished p2
If that doesnโt tell you that the teams that win (unlike Ferrari) care about it
Then nothing will
