@beautybay I ordered some perfume for a birthday gift 2 weeks ago, the parcel was lost in transit with Evri. Evri has told me to contact you, i've emailed multiple times and haven't had any contact from you. I am £75 out of pocket. Please can I get a refund or the item resent.

Hi @TUIUK we spoke to a member of your refunds team 2 weeks ago regarding our cancelled holiday. They said we should expect a refund within 5 working days but the refund still hasn't reached our account. We've tried calling numerous times but on hold for tooo long! Can you help?!
@Hermesparcels I have been trying to track down a parcel. The company are saying the parcel has been dispatched and sent via Hermes but on the tracking on Hermes it says the parcel hasn't been received.. I have had no luck on your website, chat or phone. Please can someone help
