@NWPRPU this stretch of roadworks REALLY needs monitoring/policing. There are many unessecary hold ups due to drivers "parking" in the outside lane. This causes more delays and encites road rage! On more than one occasion I have witnessed road rage here due to this.

@NWPRPU the four 'When queuing use both lanes' signs on the eastbound side are really helping. There are no signs at all when heading westbound (only 'merge in turn' signs) the queues seem to be much worse on that side...

Drivers heading towards the ongoing road works on the #A55 are advised to use BOTH lanes (as stated on the road signs) and merge in turn. One of our officers has just given words of advice to a HGV driver who was blocking lane 2, which was causing huge tailbacks #unnecessary
