@SirBarefoot Thanks. Please note, The get up and move around every hour for 5 min doesn’t help much if we are sitting 90% of the day.
Ideally it would be a 50/50 mix of sitting/movement integrated through the day.
Take a moment praise God today. You’ve been granted life, consciousness, you have the blessing of experiencing existence. Try talking to God without asking for anything, just say thank you. Watch things unfold even better for you. Thank you Lord, blessed.
@vlamers Please objectively see:
The effectiveness and safety data evaluated by the FDA:
“Among participants 2 through 5 years of age, 72% of whom had blinded follow-up for more than two months after the second dose, the vaccine was 36.8% effective in preventing COVID-19.”
@vlamers All COVID-19 vaccines approved by WHO for emergency use listing have been through randomized clinical trials to test their quality, safety and efficacy. To be approved, vaccines are required to have a high efficacy rate of 50% or above.”
@vlamers Yes that is true of the YouTubers.
However, this guy is as boring as they come.
He is looking at “Moderna Vaccine Efficacy” reported for under 5 age group showing 37.5%.
Not saying this negates the vax but that is very low.
Please see, at 12:00

@vlamers That’s what I hear and believe but we must find the data to be fair to ourselves.
On another note, this is interesting:

@vlamers yes but specifically meant catching it unvaxxed. That data for this age group would be extremely helpful.
reason being, is this age group has what MedCram refers to as an innate system. So would the vaccine really make that much of a difference?
