After a short back and forth, they forced my friend to complete their KYC procedure. This already goes against their own KYC/AML policy, which says that if a customer refuses to complete KYC, they will simply issue a refund.

After he submitted KYC and SoF (source of funds) documents, they came back minutes later claiming it wasnt sufficient and demanded even more vague, “abstract” information.
