@HonMushimba So maybe the other effective solution for the Bana Kulus would be an off the grid clean generation and affordable like wind generation, but govt needs to chip in and cushion the initial setup cost to achieve this

@HonMushimba Govt has waived duty and vat on importation of Solar equipment, this also seems to be limited to SMEs I don't know if it applies to domestic importers, I stand to be corrected. Is there any incentives on wind power generation like solar?
