Lin Yu-Ting was born female and has complied with all applicable medical regulations set by the Paris 2024 Boxing Unit. There is an astounding amount of evidence (her social security number, pictures from her childhood, gender checks from various boxing competitions) that proves Lin Yu-Ting is a biological female. Yet up till now, the IBA has not provided any evidence for their false accusations. Their tests were flawed and illegitimate.

Nobody is saying that trans criminals don’t exist. They do.
What we’re saying is that law abiding trans people shouldn’t be held accountable for, or their legal protections removed, owing to the behaviour of criminals. We don’t do this for any other group of people.

I've built with SwiftUI since its earliest beta, but damn: SwiftUI on iOS 17 is so good. Yes, lots of major new features, but so many tweaks that I love – easy foreground gradients, simpler buttons with images, .rect rather than RoundedRectangle(), default continuous radii, etc.

I find the newest “anti remote-work” propaganda amusing.

If anything, remote work will help you avoid becoming like the person in the pic.

When you work remotely, you can fragment your working day as you wish. You can exercise, stretch, sleep or do any other activity.

On the contrary, in an office, you spend almost all of the 8 hours sitting.
