Introducing Open Schematics V2 — the largest dataset of electronic schematics and PCB layouts on the internet.
It's a self-growing, autonomous dataset that continuously scans the web for new engineering designs and updates itself accordingly.
Reference designs help you move 10x faster: less reinventing the wheel, more validated patterns to design and check against.
It's also a goldmine for training AI models on real-world hardware design.

@MohAbdella Thanks! Most of the designs here come from real engineers and have gone through multiple iterations. It’s a solid collection of real-world designs, but I would still recommend validating individual circuits before using them in production.

@bombayblue I think Jev is more likely to be adopted by the harness than frontier labs. The model is constantly thinking, “Should I search, edit code, or ask the main model?” A fast model handling this would make the agent loop much faster. Demo in action:
Rs 893 crore of Eraaya Lifespaces shares were pledged as collateral, and the price of those shares fell. That’s how a margin call spiral starts.
The price of the shares fell further. The lender called for more cash to cover the loss. The price fell again. The lender called for more. This is how a margin call spiral accelerates.
Promoters are the people who own the company. They hold shares in the company, just like you do. But they also control it. They make the big decisions. They can sell shares to raise money, or buy more to keep control.
The split between promoter and public shareholding is public information. You can find it in the company’s annual report, or on the stock exchange website. For example, RBL Bank’s promoters held 60% of the shares after Emirates NBD’s investment. That’s a lot of control.
Pledging shares as collateral means locking them up so a lender can use them as security. If the share price falls, the lender can sell them to cover losses. But if the price keeps falling, the lender keeps calling for more cash. This is a margin call spiral.
When promoters sell shares, their stake decreases. When they buy shares, it increases. These changes signal what they think the company is worth. For example, when the ED attached Rs 930 crore of assets, it forced the EBIX chairman to sell shares. That reduced his stake, showing he thought the company was worth less.
Every company has a minimum public shareholding rule. This is the smallest percentage of shares that must be held by the public, not promoters. For example, RBL Bank’s minimum public shareholding is 25%. That means promoters can’t own more than 75%.
A high promoter stake isn’t automatically good or bad. It depends on what they’re doing with it. If they’re selling to raise cash, that’s a signal the company is struggling. If they’re buying to keep control, that’s a sign they believe in the future. The numbers alone don’t tell the whole story.

It’s even more fun with Hypertap products.
When Claude can talk to your home through Hypertap MCP, the home finally feels programmable.
Ask for power-saving tips and it will create advanced schedules and automations automatically.
I was inspired by this so I wanted to see if Claude Code can get into my Lutron home automation system.
- it found my Lutron controllers on the local wifi network
- checked for open ports, connected, got some metadata and identified the devices and their firmware
- searched the internet, found the pdf for my system
- instructed me on what button to press to pair and get the certificates
- it connected to the system and found all the home devices (lights, shades, HVAC temperature control, motion sensors etc.)
- it turned on and off my kitchen lights to check that things are working (lol!)
I am now vibe coding the home automation master command center, the potential is 🔥.And I'm throwing away the crappy, janky, slow Lutron iOS app I've been using so far. Insanely fun :D :D
Hypertap MCP is now live.
Control your home directly from ChatGPT or Claude. Adjust lighting, play music, change temperature, or run automations just by asking.
