@EssexPR It’s a complete joke. £6k barley covers the cost of lost stock due to endless cancellations over the last 2 weeks, let alone paying staff on payroll, mortgage, electricity etc etc. I’d love to know where we’re meant to magic money from to pay staff at the end of this month

1. And just as we were emerging from the chaos of Covid… the main phase on our electricity meter is faulty and therefore we have no power to the kitchen, so no ovens or extractor fans and no hot water.

2. Our ‘friends’ at PFP energy have casually said it could take up to 7 working days to replace the meter. Does anyone have a contact at PFP energy they could nudge for us?! @PFPenergy

The Brewery Tap set up a pop-up shop when COVID-19 hit in March. They opened a permanent store serving a range of locally sourced Hertfordshire foods and a community playground for the village, thanks to local support and @pubisthehub_UK.🫑
