@WeAreZizzi You might want to review your allergen policies. Being told ordering via QR code would show traces, while the full allergen table says any “may contain” from ingredients is not carried across could have killed my sister if we hadn’t been paranoid enough to check.

@YotelHQ Hi. I can't quite tell the difference between the queen room and studio pad at Yotelpad Stratford. In the overview, only the pad is listed with a kitchenette, but the room description lists it for the queen room too. Could you confirm which one is correct?

@Eurostar It might be worth providing more training on invisible disabilities to your staff in Brussels. Somebody coming up to me being seated in the priority area with a disability access booking asking about the nature of my disability is not what I’d consider appropriate.
