I am a busy mother, compassionate Christian, a loyal friend and a nature lover. I care about those less fortunate than I and I am grateful for what I have.
@dunkindonuts Please, for the love of God, go back to the old cups. The new cups don’t work. The tab does not stay in the slot! I have to literally cut off the tab…not conducive to driving. It’s going to lead to an accident.
@sendwaveapp Just letting you know, since I have been unable to get assistance from anyone - by phone AND chat - for over a week, I am switching to Western Union. 👋
More than unhappy with @jetblue, we were unable to check@in on the app or kiosk for 1 in our party. After they made us wait in line for 1 hour and 45 minutes to speak to an agent, they said we “missed” the flight. 🤨
And don’t trust talking to an agent at @JetBlue …first of all, the wait is over 2 hours to call. And, last week the agent who supposedly resolved our problem rebooked us on a cancelled flight.
Last week @JetBlue cancelled our flight at the last minute and then put us on a flight to a different airport. We had to take an Uber from Tampa to Orlando.
Our @JetBlue nightmare continues. This time it’s not our cancelled but a malfunctioning app/kiosk that won’t allow us to get our boarding pass…1 hour 20 minutes in line so far.
