How do *you* think? When you learn a new language, it exposes you to that culture on a level that translations do not hold. Same goes for Arabic for Muslims. You get to understand the religious books natively and you get access to the wide number of books on the religion that may not even be translated yet.
So again, for a Muslim willing to study the religion extensively, how is it the same as learning just another language?
If a Brazilian Ifa follower actively learn Yoruba, is it the same to him as another Brazilian learning, say, French?
Again I ask, how do you think?
@MOLARORS@saratu I don't know about the Christians or the Jewish people but I think the Muslim community needs people like that. We have enough people with distaste & anxiety for the community. Having a "normal guy" like that resolves it big time.
Bro itβs expensive!! Unless youβre buying fake ones.
A good bedsheet cost about 400k, thatβs about 1.2M
While a good tower cost 200k - 600k
Thatβs a lot frfr
Despite all of the noise from that period, the fear-mongering was unrelated to the concept. Jaiz Bank got its license and a 2026 update is that it is used by Muslims & Non-Muslims alike despite never reaching popular mainstream success. Takes from the secular folks alike never amounted to anything either. No other institution proposed its own banking solution. I find the sayings & logic as interesting as twitter folks in 2026.
Even just 2022, you cannot find any tweets from Obidients praising Kwankwaso. They all called him a religious bigot. Today heβs a βbeliever in educationβ and someone they want to handover to for eight years after just four years. A story you would believe if you were 5 years old.
You see how people are active and alert in the South West the moment the security concerns became alarming? Thatβs what I expect from every average citizen. If insecurity thrives in an environment, itβs because the criminals are very comfortable. Community Policing is the way to go.
