Ter uma cultura corporativa mais ágil, orientada para as novas tecnologias é essencial. O principal aspecto dessa mudança é humano e NÃO em processos.E nenhuma área é melhor para propor essa mudança cultural do que o RH.

O RH finalmente assumiu que não adianta ficar pedindo por “um lugar na mesa”. Tem que merecer, saber dialogar sobre as dores da empresa (e não da área) e propor soluções.

Com isso, o RH ganhou relevância e protagonismo.

Segundo Daniel Kanneman (em “Rápido e Devagar”) essa habilidade foi essencial para nossa sobrevivência.
