@inertialessfish @aeneas2007 That was never my argument. MAGA doesn't need to comment on the pope's remarks. Bush didn't, Obama didn't, they just acted, even when it was abhorrent. MAGA decided to slander the pope on top of action. This illustrates a clear disdain for the church.

@inertialessfish @aeneas2007 I'm not. This whole thread started because I merely commented that a non Catholic lecturing Catholics on our morality is a bit ridiculous. You brought up just war, and I said I wasn't about to talk about it. I never weighed in to begin with.

@inertialessfish @aeneas2007 The meaness of the tweets is not the issue here. They could have ignored the church if they wanted. The issue is rather they chose to go out of their way condemn Christ's vicar. That speaks worryingly about the MAGA admin.

@SpookInteracti1 @bohfah @PunishedINC07 I'm saying that under Trump the last decade the differences have eroded so much you had Republicans sounding and acting like Democrats this election. They are becoming more like Democrats.
