@LeftistTexanist@patriotgran@JennMGreenberg I said HB1106 prevents that from happening, not that it made it happen. And Talarico not only voted against HB1106 but also supported an amendment that would have classified as child abuse to reject the prefered gender identity of the child. That's not moderate, it's progressive.
@RiskingRain2@ChunCuiJingYan Seriously, who are the right wingers "pissing themselves"? Do you think saying "i dislike the results of this election and believe the country will be worse off" is somehow crying? Did leftists get so buckbroken over hugh mungus jokes back in 2015 that you believe this is crying?
@LeftistTexanist@patriotgran@JennMGreenberg Far right is when you believe that not using a child's "prefered pronouns" shouldn't get you a visit from CPS.
Real moderates believe "trans children" are totally a real thing and that parents have to completely and inconditionally support your child's progressivist delusions.
@bcbendetti@underthepale@MoronMining Leftists care about culture war issues as well, they are usually the instigators. You, having pronouns in bio, claiming otherwise is cognitive dissonance.
@7sevensVII@Souperdood1@ReviewsPossum It still hasn't recovered. Unsurprisingly really, given Democrats' economic and fiscal plan is just "spend, spend, spend" and regulate everything to death, especially IA.
@Souperdood1@incogneato128@GoonerEliteMLG@ReviewsPossum I don't think they should tbh. Not in a "let it burn" groyper kind of way but more so to pave the way to a DeSantis presidency in a more red environment. Dems didn't win because they are liked and 4 years of Dem rule plus another 2 from now, they will likely be even less prefered
@TJangodarkblade@tendentious4us@32nds I was talking about the founding fathers. They didn't want for the presidency to be elected by direct popular vote and based on majority rule. The Senate is also evidence of their distrust of majority rule.
@tendentious4us@TJangodarkblade@32nds Why can't these people just admit they hate the founding fathers? Like they were open about their distaste for majority rule, they even called it "tyranny of the majority". They believed democratic systems should be considerably restricted with all sorts of checks and balances.
@_martindetours@bohfah@PunishedINC07 I don't understand this argument. Are you under the impression that Democrats are less pro-abortion and less pro-lgbt.
@DStainn@livingpoolside@NYCNihilist@drck870@KobeissiLetter@kit_sats And Congress was mostly Democrat or mixed during that period, with Democrats holding the House, where the budget starts, for far longer than Republicans did. As matter of fact, the "Clinton surplus" happened during a Republican Congress.
