I was also wondering, if you add it to the header, for example and the page loads near the bottom (because of an anchor link, maybe), it should help for the header then too, right?

Especially when building highly modular sites/design systems then I don't have to worry where the module is being used and I can add it to more than just the footer, which I know will always be at the bottom.
