@noursidawi I think you've been able to articulate the feeling I've had for a while that change and ambition is encouraged but only within certain structures.
I applied (unsuccessfully) this year and was quite frustrated by the scope of the questions and focus on projects.
Services and products are interlinked, but are not the same. Services add value to products, so that the user doesn't have to know how to do something, or be able to do it themselves.

@TrillyC@stamanfar I remember discussing "decision maker" or decision wrangler" with you, @AliceNoakes and others at a product people long ago. I like the progression to "decision enabler" outlined by this, Trilly. It's a great read.
