@DemonDollRayne @catalystgamelab@Jessica_shtebs @LexCastsHex HBS/Paradox likely owns the rights to it, especially if it's based off of a ripped game model.
CGL probably wants to avoid the perception of endorsing or benefiting from it even if on a practical level no one would find it objectionable since you can't get the mini officially.
@SNAFU_Sara@ute_pilot You can pull the tip later if they did a bad job.
Did that a few times when they dropped it off at the wrong house (ignoring the large prominently lit house numbers)
@ush1c He believed in the Bible and God because he felt it was true on a spiritual level. He felt that you could do some things to examine the source (i.e. parchment fragments from the early church) but at the end of the day you couldn't prove it like you could prove thermodynamics.
@ush1c Not Christian, but had a close friend who was deeply religious.
He explained that it wasn't a scientific process. For example the visions of a man on the road to Damascus can't be proven by experiment. It's a spiritual truth that can't (and shouldn't) be proven with science.
@callsigncowgirl "Shipmate your family wasn't issued with your sea bag, figure it out."
Heard that once (directed at someone else) and it took me a solid half hour to internalize the multiple levels of wrong.
@TheWTFNation One thing the Navy gets right is that *everyone* has the right to talk to the Captain.
Navy Regs 1151 "The right of any person in the naval service to
communicate with the commanding officer in a
proper manner, and at a proper time and place,
shall not be denied or restricted."
@EODHappyCaptain I liked Sicario because while it wasn't always accurate it was very authentic.
I could totally see a mirror universe where something similar to it could happen.
I've been bedbound since January with long Covid, but I still love to dress up for Halloween. So my husband made me this costume (posted by Kyle, the husband.)
