England is spending £1.76bn a year on defence jobs in SCOTLAND. That money could be better spent on the NHS or creating more jobs in ENGLAND. Let them leave!

England needs:
1. Devolution.
2. Within 5 years of self government, a referendum on English Independence.
3. Referendum on becoming a republic.
