Your mental health is created from the inside.
Your #1 priority should be health.
Not success.
Not friends.
Not money.
Not family.
Not fun.
If you’re not mentally and physically healthy, none of those things matter.
You came into this world with nothing.
You will leave this world with nothing.
Nothing you have, not even your body or mind, is truly yours.
Stop clinging to things — just enjoy the experience.
When you get angry, you reject the reality in front of you.
When you reject reality, you block the energy that's trying to flow through you,
When you block the energy, you become closed, neurotic, and depressed.
Be very careful with anger.
When you’re less stressed you:
• have better digestion
• take better decisions
• feel more energetic
• sleep 10x better
• enjoy life more
Getting rid of stress is better than any kind of drug.
Me 5 years ago:
• 11 hours of sleep per day
• clinical depression
• anxiety disorder
• no energy
• suicidal
Me now:
• calm
• joyful
• fulfilled
• confident
• passionate
No matter how bad you think it is — it’s never too late.
I love lifting weights.
It clears my head. It gives me energy. It makes me look better. It increases my confidence. It gives me a break from my busy life.
My mental health wouldn’t be the same without the gym.
At the end of the day, the #1 thing in life is:
Just try.
Yes, you feel you’re not good enough.
Yes, you’re afraid to be rejected.
Yes, you feel unprepared.
But in the history of humanity, nobody was truly ‘ready’.
The winners were those who tried, day after day.
