Volkswagen must stand by its name and brand across the world—including in Mexico.
Today, we want to share our deep disappointment with VW, particularly with the plant, for its complete indifference to a case that’s gone unresolved for over three months.

This situation is more than poor customer service—it reflects a clear breach of warranty, contracts, and ethical principles.
In other words: a serious compliance failure.
Volkswagen Mexico, where are your values? Where’s the support you promise to loyal customers?
@VW@Volkswagen_MX 9/10
What’s most frustrating?
It seems like customers who raise their voices or lose their temper get faster results.
Meanwhile, those who stay calm, respectful, and patient are simply ignored.
Is that what Volkswagen calls fair and equitable treatment?

The dealership, Cresta del Valle in Mexico City, has generally shown good intentions and follow-up.
However, they promised us a courtesy battery check, general scan, and a mirror protection installation…
None of which was fulfilled.

Meanwhile, we’ve had to spend over $400 pesos a day on transportation to get to work—completely unsustainable over time.
This isn’t just about a mirror—it’s about how a brand responds when a customer needs support.
@VW@Volkswagen_MX 6/10 In these three months, the follow-up has been minimal and poorly handled. Cstomer service is a dead.end maze.
The assigned agent calls at inconvenient hours, shows no empathy, and has never once apologized.
It’s been 2 weeks since the luis last call

After much pressure, we finally got the car back—without the left mirror casing and without any protective cover.
Not even a plastic film.
This leaves us worried about damage to the exposed mechanism during the rainy season.

We even suggested a temporary solution: allowing us to install provisional mirrors to safely use the car without voiding the warranty.
They didn’t even allow that.
Volkswagen Financial Services México ignored our request entirely.

From the start, we were told the process would take just one month.
It’s now been over three, and we’re still waiting.
As the only form of compensation—which hasn’t even been delivered yet—we were offered a single monthly payment.
That is neither fair nor proportional.

We purchased a brand-new Volkswagen POLO in 2024, along with the OEM theft insurance for car parts that the brand itself offers.
A few months later, the side mirrors were stolen—and since then, we’ve faced a chain of indifference, delays, and evasiveness from the plant.

Hoy quero compartir nuestra profunda decepción con @Volkswagen_MX , @VW , @VWGroup particularmente con la planta, por su total indiferencia ante un caso que lleva más de tres meses sin solución....
