.@MinofHealthUG @JaneRuth_Aceng the health workers and security guards at Kisiwa Health Center are charging people 20k for the Covid Vaccine consent form. If you don't pay, you sit there for hours without getting a form as you watch others get vaccinated who paid the bribe.
