This is related to my Order ID - TBN-1960001889-20260412 placed on 12th April, 2026.

Your delivery executive did not deliver Banana - Robusta Small and Rasgulla.

And instead marked 'return on delivery' for the product Biryani Special Basmati Rice which he had already delivered but did not initiate the refund for Banana - Robusta Small and Rasgulla.

I raised request with the customer care executive at 5.14 PM and was refunded amount just for Rasgulla and not the Banana - Robusta Small

Then I received a call from the same delivery executive (Name - Purushotam Kumar, Mobile - 7050393319) who said that by mistake he had not deliverd the Rasgulla so he will deliver it again. I informed him that I have already raised request with the customer care executive for this great mess he had created.

When he came to deliver the product, I honestly informed him that I have already got refund for the Rasgulla and also for the Biryani Special Basmati Rice which he had already delivered in last attempt. He then asked me for to give Biryani Special Basmati Rice back which I complied but then I asked him why he had not delivered Banana - Robusta Small and also not initiated the refund to which he replied that he will do it as soon as he reaches the warehouse.

I trusted him and waited for him but nothing happened. I called him and he said he will do it in 10 minutes. I informed him if he fails to refund the amount for banana, I will raise fraud complaint for the act he had done. He should comply how I honestly I handed over the item which he had already delivered and messed up with refund.

He did nothing even after 10 minutes and now the guy had taken back Biryani Special Basmati Rice from me after delivering it and neither delivered Banana nor refunded back amount even after repeated request.

I want strict action to be taked against this dishonest executive who is ruining our mental peace by messing up at the delivery.

I would have denied his request to give back Biryani Special Basmati Rice but I honestly handed him back but this guy turned out to be lacking experience and hoensty.

Take stringent action towards this guy and refund the amount which is pending.

We, the customer, do not expect this messed up stuff during delivery caused by your inexperienced executives.

P.S. - Call me to understand better about my issue.
